Our Benefits

Our Pathway to Excellence

In 2013, we achieved the Pathway to Excellence® designation by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). The designation identifies the elements of work environments where nurses can flourish. The designation substantiates the professional satisfaction of nurses at our hospital and identifies it as one of the best places to work.

Press Ganey

Over the years, THCDS has been the recipient of multiple awards with Press Ganey. Most recently in 2021, the hospital was awarded the Guardian of Excellence Award for Patient Excellence and the Guardian of Excellence Award for Physician Engagement. These awards are for performing above the 95^th percentile compared to hospitals across the country.

THCDS also earned the Pinnacle of Excellence Award for Physician Engagement. This award reflects maintaining consistently high level of excellence over consecutive years.
